Shipping
& Return Policy
We
will ship your cards to any street address
or PO Box
in the US via first class US Mail. You should receive your order
within five business days.
Please note:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. An accurate and deliverable
shipping address needs to be provided to process your order properly.
Cancellations
Cancellations
of custom printed cards beyond 24 hours of placing your order may
be subject to a small cancellation charge. Orders must be canceled
the same way they were placed (over the Internet or over the phone).
Returns
Custom printed
cards may not be returned nor will any refund be made for any reason
unless we have made a mistake in printing your information, or there
were physical defects in the product or the cards arrived damaged.
Standard cards may be returned or exchanged in accordance with procedures
and policies stated below.
Step 1:
You must notify us by e-mail or phone within 7 days from your delivery
date that you wish to return or exchange standard cards. Notification
of returns must be received via the same way they were placed (over
the Internet, or over the phone). Exchange of standard cards for
custom printed cards will require additional charges for imprinting
and setup.
Step 2:
Promptly return the cards in the original packaging or equivalent
to protect from damage, freight prepaid, using UPS, FedEx, USPS,
or another carrier that can track and insure the package. All returns
and exchanges must be made by 7 business days from the delivery
date. Returns and exchanges going beyond this time period by more
than a few days may be subject to a small restocking charge. No
refunds after 30 days.

Step 3:
We do not accept C.O.D. items. We will not accept returns or exchanges
for damaged items unless the cards arrived damaged. Cards must be
in their original condition. We do not refund the cost of shipping
and handling the cards to you, only the purchase price and imprint
charges. The "shipping and handling" charge will be deducted
from your refund amount on returned or exchanged items.
In order to
help protect our company and its customers from fraud we may limit
the number of items that may be ordered online by a single individual
or entity. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to cancel
or reject orders at our discretion.
