Q: How do I pay for the cards?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and e-Check.

Q: Is there sales tax on my order?

A: We collect state sales tax (5.0%) when shipping orders to Massachusetts addresses. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside Massachusetts.

Q: How will I know if my order is free?

A: We assign an internal sequential number after payment has been processed and pull every 50th order. If your order is free, we will issue a refund to your credit card the same day the order is processed - and you will receive notification to this effect. In addition, there will be a note included in your shipment telling you that your order is free.

Q: If I have you print my information, do I have a choice of type styles?

A: Because there are hundreds of type styles, it's not feasible for us to offer all that are available. Your information will be printed in Universe font. This is a very clean, modern style. Please see the example of a Custom Printed back of a card.

Q: Will you address the cards for me?

A: At this time we are not offering this service because we feel that the names and addresses of your friends and family should be confidential to you alone.

Q: How soon will I receive my order?

A: You can expect to receive your order within five business days.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order, such as an incorrect quantity received, or a misspelling on the information that I've asked you to print?

A: Please see our shipping and return policy.

Q: Should I buy envelopes?

A: This is entirely up to you. Because of customer feedback, we do offer them, but as we state they are purely optional.

Q: Can I buy other quantities than are on your price charts?

A: In an effort to keep things simple, and our prices as low as possible, our cards are prepackaged
in groups of 50. Of course buy as many as you'd like, but only in multiples of 50!
